These sessions are short snappy sessions allowing children to explore the nature areas of the farm.
We have a wildlife pond on site which we nurture throughout the year to encourage wildlife to make it their home. During these sessions the children will explore and log the creatures they find and come to understand more about the world around them and why insects are so important as well as how they can help to protect the environment around school and where they live.
Suitable for EYFS to KS2. Approximately 20 mins per group of 15
Sessions are subject to availability and time of year.
Our self-led school visits are ideal for schools who want to explore the farm in their own time.
Open between the hours of 10:00 - 15:00.
